In dire need

Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this program. I am in dire need of assistance with paying my mortgage. I am married but my husband and I have been separated for about five months do to a domestic violence incident. I am not willing to reconcile because I don't think it is in my best interest to do so. I am receiving SSD and Workers Comp. due to some injuries that I received from a car accident in December 2007. I had a knee replacement in February 2008 as a result of the accident, and I lost my job in July 2008 do to extended sick leave. I had another knee replacement in March 2010. I have been seeking sedentary employment, but so far I have not had any success. I have custody of my 5 year old grandson, and I solely support him with very little assistance from the Dept. Of Social Service. I suffer from osteo-arthritis, diabetes 2, depression, a herniated disc, and recently diagnosed with glaucoma. Any assistance given will be much appreciated. Thanking you again fr the opportunity to apply.

I am a mother of a 15 yr. old Autistic child. He is the biggest joy in my life. We are in need of just alittle help. I am behind on our mortage and just can't seem to catch up. This is the only home my son has ever known and i dont how he could cope if we lost it. Im not so much worried about me but it is the world to an Autistic child to have to face change. It is unbelievable how a small amount of money can destroy so much. God Bless to those who have helped others in the time of need and i pray that there is someone out there who can help me.

About pleasehelp31

Hello, I am a 31 year old single parent of one son, who recently lost her job due to grant cuts. Upon losing my job in August of 2007, my mother became seriously ill, with what is called cellulitus, an infection of the tissues, which is also a severe case of gout and orthoarthritis. I take care of my mother 100%. I have never been on public assistance, because I have always maintained a job. It has been very hard to find a new job, even though I possess both a Bachelors and a Masters Degree. In January, our mortage payments ballooned, raising our current mortage of 691.00 to over 820.00 monthly. Without a steady job, we have gotten behind  in our mortage, and I am afraid we will lose our home. If there is anyone out there that can help me and my family, that would be a blessing. I have to on a daily basis figure out how I am going to feed my family or am I going to keep the lights and water on. Please Help. I've never been in this situation, and I only want to find a new job that is stable, so that I may support my mom and my minor son. Please if you can help me catch up my mortage bill, this would be a blessing from God. Thank you for listening and God Bless.

Sincerely,

PleaseHelp in Florida

Need someone to finance home purchase in Florida

Like so many these days, my wife and I find ourselves not able to afford our single family house and we lost it.  We are now in a condo with a lease-purchase option that we would like to excercise however, our credit has suffered to the extent that with the current credit crunch we cannot qualify.  To make a long story short, we are looking for someone to finance the condo for 3 to 4 years.  At that time, I will be able to qualify for a mortage thru conventional means.  Condo located in Largo FL.  We are both healthy, employed and with no dependents (except 2 cats that run the place)  I currently work for the county and am retired military (pension kicks in at age 60)  My wife will graduate from school in Februrry and be entering the medical admin field, something she has always wanted to do.  Will, of course, get into many more details with someone who is interested.  Thank you in advance.
